Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Damen Shiprepair Rotterdam. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage projects, including planning, organizing, and controlling resources and activities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and procurement.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
