This is a varied role that requires a wide range of language-oriented skills, including copywriting, transcreation, proofreading, coaching sessions, and quality checks.
Key responsibilities:- Create source content from scratch in both English and Spanish for local campaigns
- Transcreate high-profile marketing projects
- Translate BAU projects
- Proofread, review, and edit copy delivered by external agencies
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to define tone and style for the Spanish language
- Align with country-specific teams across the business on projects and campaigns
- Maintain language-related documents, such as brand voice, glossaries, and style guides
- Collect and analyze insights to drive quality improvement
- Mentor internal and external writers to produce high-quality Spanish copy
- Multiple years of experience writing, reviewing, and proofreading in both Spanish and English
- Strong affinity for brand copywriting
- Native speaker of Spanish and fluent proficiency in English
- Broad experience with CAT tools and TMS
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage internal and external relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
