Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the Benelux Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture them.
- Manage customer account relationships, including negotiating contracts and agreements to optimize profit.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote Emerson's products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including trade compliance and data protection regulations.
- Engineering bachelor degree or comparable technical education.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in Industrial and Factory Automation Industry.
- Fluent in Dutch and good English language skills.
- Ability to travel within the region.
- Proficient use of computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
