We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Sustainability Reporting & Assurance team at KPMG-Netherlands. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in leading our clients' sustainability assurance and reporting projects, working closely with a diverse range of top-tier national and international clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams in delivering high-quality sustainability assurance and reporting projects
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their sustainability needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage and develop a team of ESG professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their success
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership and business development initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and client satisfaction

Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in assurance and/or ESG
  • Postmaster Register Accountant training or equivalent
  • Fluency in English, with Dutch a plus
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
