Purpose and Relevance

As a key member of the adidas team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our CONFIRMED app, a digital boutique catering to pinnacle lifestyle consumers. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute acquisition and retention strategies to foster a loyal community of fashion, lifestyle, and sneaker enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute mid to long-term strategic growth plans to support overall sustainable channel growth.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a strong culture and ensuring alignment with senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement structures for monitoring performance, cultivating a rich data mindset within the team.
  • Oversee testing agendas, identifying patterns and opportunities to improve acquisition effectiveness and consumer retention.
Consumer Focus
  • Be consumer-obsessed, approaching challenges with a strong sensibility for the lifestyle early adopter and sneaker enthusiast consumer.
  • Identify emerging niches and opportunities for this consumer segment.
  • Contribute quantitative and qualitative insights to drive improved understanding of consumer segmentation and sharper end execution.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional experience in related areas, with 6+ years in marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, or loyalty/membership marketing.
  • Experience working with senior leadership (VP, SVP, Board level).
