About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team at ASML. As a key member of our Mechanical Development department, you will play a critical role in reducing risk in design and supplier product manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential issues with new parts and technologies
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to ensure supplier quality and manufacturability
- Collaborate with suppliers to drive early involvement and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Manage and challenge manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor or master's degree in mechanics, mechatronics, applied physics, or industrial engineering
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience in supplier quality engineering
- Experience in high-tech, low-volume industries and/or proto manufacturing
- Lean 6S experience and Six Sigma certification desired
