Job Description
The Quality Assurance & Strategy Manager plays a critical role in driving the quality strategy cycle and developing quality management & assurance strategies for ASML. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing quality management & assurance strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with ASML's overall business strategy.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and quality management & assurance roadmaps based on results from quality assessments, customer, internal, and external quality audits.
- Ensuring compliance with ASML's Business Performance Improvement (BPI) Key Decision (KD) way of working and participating in ASML quality strategy sessions.
- Maintaining and implementing the ASML Quality Management System.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or Management Sciences.
- Strong understanding of strategy and quality management concepts and principles.
- Seniority and broad experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Quality Assessments, CAPA management, ISO certification, and documentation control.
- 5-10 years of working experience preferably at high-tech companies, working with complex products and processes.
Skills
The candidate should possess:
- Broad knowledge of International Quality Standards, such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Experience in strategy implementation, quality tools, means, and methods.
- Expertise in strategy management, risk management, and program/project management.
- Experience in managing quality transformations.

The successful candidate will be:
- A strong leader with natural authority in the field of quality assurance.
- Result-oriented with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
- A team player with excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
Context of the Position
The Quality Assurance & Strategy Manager will report to the Manager of the QMA department and own the quality management & assurance roadmap. They will interface with various stakeholders, including ASML strategy network, line management, and business process owners.
