Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

ASML is a leading company in the semiconductor industry, and we are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our systems and processes, and for driving process improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality strategies and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and increasing efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
