Overview
The Quality Assurance & Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management and assurance strategies and roadmaps, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management and assurance strategies and roadmaps, including being a member of the ASML strategy network and driving the quality strategy cycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and the quality management and assurance roadmap based on results from quality assessments, customer, internal, and external quality audits.
- Drive and monitor compliance in the Business Performance Improvement (BPI) Key Decision (KD) way of working in ASML Prioritized Initiatives (APIs), including being a back-up for the representation in the BPI Program Steering Group (PSG) on behalf of Quality.
- Support the maintenance and implementation of the ASML Quality Management System.
Requirements
- Master degree in Engineering, Science, or Management Sciences.
- Thorough understanding of strategy and quality management concepts and principles as applied in a mature quality management system.
- Seniority and broad experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Quality Assessments, CAPA management, ISO certification, documentation control.
- 5-10 years working experience preferably at high-tech companies, working with complex products and processes.
Skills
- Broad knowledge of International Quality Standards, e.g. ISO9001, IATF16949.
- Broad knowledge and experience of strategy implementation and implementing quality tools, means, and methods, ideally related to documentation information management.
- Expertise and experience in strategy management, risk management, and program/project management.
- Experience in managing quality transformations.
