Job Overview:
The ASML Quality Assurance & Strategy Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving quality management and assurance strategies to ensure the delivery of exceptional products.
About the Role:
This strategic position plays a key part in developing and implementing quality management & assurance strategies and roadmaps. Key responsibilities include driving mid- and long-term strategy setting, deployment, and monitoring, as well as facilitating relevant discussions to enable decision-making.
In addition, this role involves driving continuous improvement initiatives and the quality management & assurance roadmap based on results from quality assessments, customer, internal, and external quality audits.
Key Requirements:
A Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or Management Sciences is required, along with a thorough understanding of strategy and quality management concepts and principles applied in a mature quality management system.
The ideal candidate will have seniority and broad experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Quality Assessments, CAPA management, ISO certification, and documentation control. A minimum of 5-10 years of working experience in high-tech companies, preferably with complex products and processes, is also essential.
Skill Set:
Broad knowledge of International Quality Standards, such as ISO9001, IATF16949, is mandatory. Additionally, expertise in strategy implementation, quality tools, means, and methods, ideally related to documentation information management, is highly desirable.
