About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Management Professional to join our team at Enterpryze Consulting Ltd. as a Strategic Project Manager Lead.

Job Summary

This is a high-profile role that requires a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Analyse and resolve project-related issues and risks, ensuring minimal impact on project deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular project updates to stakeholders.
RequirementsEssential Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on IT or communications projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Prince2, Agile, and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a private or public cloud environment.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and other project planning tools.
  • Knowledge of NATO language requirements and cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to work in an international environment, with a strong understanding of NATO responsibilities and organization.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
