Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager Human Resources to join our Portfolio Management Office (PMO) team. The successful candidate will lead the successful execution of a wide variety of projects, focusing primarily on HR-related initiatives. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day management of project activities and project teams, including planning / budget control, risk management, resource management, stakeholder management, reporting and evaluation
  • Use industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the whole project execution
  • Develop project teams and support the growth and development of change capabilities in the organization
  • Contribute actively to the improvement of FMO's project management processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • HBO / University degree
  • More than 3 years of relevant work experience in IT project management or related fields, with a strong affinity with banking / finance and related functions
  • Knowledge of process/data/system architectures and design principles, application of frameworks
  • Experience in setting up and working with Business cases
