Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at DP World Australia. This role will involve managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts, and building strong trusted relationships with customer representatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for new contracts
- Intensive contact with customers on different levels
- Build strong trusted relationships with customer representatives
- Analyse data and create reports to identify areas of business growth
- Develop and execute strategic plans per customer
- Monitor local and federal regulations
- Sales (transport and local cleaning depot) - co-operate with International Sales team
- Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms
- Visiting exhibitions in NL and international to achieve new contacts
- HBO/WO educational level
- Fluent in Dutch and English, speaking and understanding German is a nice to have
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years' experience in a similar customer and sales focused role in a related industry
