Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior practitioner in Change Management to deliver a business transformation programme for Unilabs in the Netherlands.

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the successful candidate will define the Change Management approach and rollout, partnering closely with the Head of Operations Transformation, Project Portfolio Office team members, and HR and Communications Business Partners.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and own the Change plan, assessing, capturing, and articulating the impacts that the changes have on the company and stakeholders.
  • Provide a clear understanding of how these changes can be mitigated through communications, training, and other means via a Change Impact Assessment framework.
  • Coordinate the development of the overall change management strategy, approach, and plan in partnership with HR, Communications, and the Transformation Office.
  • Coach subject matter experts involved in change impacts capture.
  • Prepare for business readiness by converting identified change impacts into a workable global Change Action and Mitigation Plan, ensuring an integrated approach to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years' experience in managing change programmes and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience in a global operating environment.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills to effectively convey business impacts to various audience groups.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Dutch language proficiency.
