Chief Engineer Manufacturing Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer Manufacturing Systems to join our team at WFS PRO BV. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our aerospace manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create optimal manufacturing systems based on current and emergent technologies for New Product Introduction and existing product lines to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead complex projects, including budgeting, timeline management, and risk assessment.
  • Analyse complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present architectural concepts and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Adapt to rapidly changing manufacturing technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial architecture, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing system design technologies, aerospace manufacturing & operational management philosophy.
  • Project Management certifications, such as Lean Six Sigma or project management.
  • Familiarity with simulation software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
