Job Title: Chief Engineer Manufacturing Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Engineer Manufacturing Systems to join our team at WFS PRO BV. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our aerospace manufacturing systems.

Job Summary:

The Chief Engineer Manufacturing Systems will be responsible for designing and creating optimal manufacturing systems based on our current and emergent technologies for both New Product Introduction and existing incumbent product lines to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement manufacturing systems that meet aerospace industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Manage complex projects, including budgeting, timeline management, and risk assessment.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial architecture.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing system design technologies, aerospace manufacturing & operational management philosophy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including budgeting, timeline management, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyse complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
What We Offer:
