About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Engineer Manufacturing Systems to join our team at WFS PRO BV. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our aerospace manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create optimal manufacturing systems based on current and emergent technologies for New Product Introduction and existing product lines.
  • Enhance efficiency and productivity by implementing innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage complex projects, including budgeting, timeline management, and risk assessment.
  • Analyse complex data sets and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial architecture.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing system design technologies and aerospace manufacturing & operational management philosophy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyse complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.

  • An excellent salary between € 6100 - € 7800 (depending on knowledge and experience).
