Business Development Manager Europe

Avantium is a pioneering company in the field of sustainable materials, and we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Europe. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business in Europe, developing partnerships with brand owners and retail chains, and creating pull through the large, integrated value chains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new partnerships with brand owners in the food & beverage, apparel, and cosmetics segments.
- Translate customer needs/requirements into attractive value propositions and develop business cases with offtake partners.
- Put commercial contracts in place with regard to goal setting, milestones, timing, resources, and legal context.
Requirements:
- Master or Bachelor degree in Business, Commercial, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in working with customers in a commercial role as Business Developer or Sales/Marketing.
- Demonstrated work experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in a commercial role.
