The Opportunity

We're seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to drive the strategy and execution for our marketing function. As a key member of our Management Team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals
  • Lead a team of marketing specialists and agencies to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with commercial, product, technology, and central functions to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance using data-driven insights
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including the CEO, CXOs, and Board of Directors
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect customer needs to economic drivers
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment with a diverse team
