Detailed Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our team in Utrecht, Netherlands.

This is a dynamic and professional role that requires a strong commercial mindset and a passion for finance. As a key member of our Finance Business Partners team, you will play a vital role in driving profitability and growth within our Dutch business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing and profitability strategies that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver timely and insightful financial analysis.
  • Support the annual negotiation process and ensure optimal outcomes for the organization.
  • Contribute to effective financial planning and reporting.
  • Drive efficiency and digitalization initiatives to optimize revenue.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in commercial finance, ideally in an FMCG business environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build relationships across functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP/BW and Excel, with experience in Thinkcell and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
