We are seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our team in Utrecht, the Netherlands. As a key member of our Finance Business Partners team, you will play a vital role in driving and supporting the growth and profitability agenda within our Dutch business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing pricing and profitability strategies in collaboration with stakeholders;
  • Working closely with the Sales Leadership Team to ensure effective financial planning and reporting;
  • Providing timely and insightful financial analysis to inform business decisions;
  • Supporting the annual audit process to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial procedures;
  • Driving efficiency and digitalization initiatives to optimize revenue.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong business acumen and commercial finance experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to build relationships across functions and deliver complex financial information;
  • Proficiency in SAP/BW and Excel, with experience in a matrix organization.
