FunctieomschrijvingAls Senior Accounting Practice Leader of Leidinggevende Samensteller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team van accountants en het coördineren van samenstelopdrachten voor onze klanten. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en voortgang van de werkzaamheden, waarbij je zelf ook actief meewerkt aan het samenstellen van complexe jaarrekeningen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als je teamleden en stimuleert een professionele en ambitieuze werksfeer.
Functie-eisen- Minimaal een HBO-opleiding in Accountancy of Bedrijfseconomie
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in de samenstelpraktijk
- Aantoonbare leidinggevende capaciteiten en ervaring in het aansturen van teams
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling
- Ervaring met het samenstellen van complexe jaarrekeningen
- Een uitdagende leidinggevende functie in een groeiende organisatie
- € 5.500,00 – € 7.000,00 bruto per maand en uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden
