As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining fair and competitive compensation and benefits frameworks that attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Global Compensation and Benefits: Support the rollout and implementation of global Compensation and Benefits policies, processes, and tools in our countries.
- Total Reward Strategy: Play a vital role in the development and roll-out of the Global Total Reward Strategy, taking a key coordination position in the operationalization of the strategy on a global scale.
- Remuneration Benchmarking: Facilitate the global remuneration benchmarking process by liaising with external data providers, participating in salary surveys, analyzing the data, and working closely with the countries to align their salary and benefits frameworks.
- Gather Market Intelligence: Gather and compile market data on compensation and benefits practices for all positions and countries, utilizing market data and salary survey information from national, regional, and local sources.
- Support Data-Driven Decisions: Co-develop HR data metrics and reporting and provide analytical support to empower data-driven decision-making within the People team.
- Job House Development: Further develop and maintain the job house database by preparing job descriptions, job analyses, job evaluations, and job classifications.
- Trusted Compensation and Benefits Resource: Act as the first point of contact for country HR, managers, Country Directors, and other stakeholders on compensation and benefits questions.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR or Finance, with a focus on global compensation practices and the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits frameworks.
- Experience in the development sector (e.g., NGOs, INGOs) is a plus.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data, translating insights into actionable strategies; advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation and analysis methodologies, with experience in developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
- Expertise in HR metrics, reporting, and best practices for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage and implement global C&B projects, including developing frameworks across multiple regions aiming at attracting and retaining top talent.
- Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills, thriving in diverse, international, and remote teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high cultural sensitivity to be able to adapt to changing global trends and organizational needs and tailor C&B strategies to diverse country contexts.
- Fluency in English, with French proficiency as an added advantage.
