Job Description:
The RNG Investment Manager will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing new RNG opportunities in the Benelux region. This includes identifying and sourcing new greenfield, brownfield, and acquisition opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with landowners, farmers, and industry stakeholders, and developing a network of advisors, banks, and partners to generate M&A opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Developing financial models, valuation assessments, and investment proposals
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of new opportunities
- Leading due diligence processes, including commercial, legal, and technical aspects
- Assessing risks, including financial, legal, commercial, and operational risks
Requirements:
- A numerical university degree (e.g., Economics, Accounting, Engineering)
- 3+ years of experience in investment management
- Strong background in financial analysis, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations
- Strong understanding of financial modelling and investment analysis
