About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Electronics Engineer to join our Field Applications and Sales team at Texas Instruments. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and business acumen in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in analog and embedded processing chips
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or related field
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral communication skills
  • Basic understanding of schematics, layouts, and IC components
  • Knowledge and understanding of analog circuitry
  • Experience with lab equipment, such as oscilloscopes, soldering, and debugging skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and master new tools and situations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent technical knowledge in circuit design and analog component selection
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
  • Fluent in Dutch, both written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to build lasting, influential relationships, both inside and outside the organization
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Ability to take initiative and drive for results
  • Ability to influence decisions through a sense of urgency and competitive drive
