Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at TTI, Inc. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with and support a defined customer base to develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Systematically develop the sales area and build new customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor quality figures for our customers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Provide price and delivery quotes to customers, and follow up on these quotes to process orders and monitor shipments.
  • Maintain successful supplier relationships to ensure a stable supply chain.
  • Coordinate deliveries and serve as the first point of contact for customer complaints, providing solutions to any problems that may arise.
  • Acquire new customers and drive forward the development and expansion of TTI.

Requirements:

  • Completed a commercial and/or technical vocational training.
  • Several years of sales experience, particularly in telephone customer service or in a call centre.
  • Experience in acquiring new customers and driving sales growth.
  • Experience in the electronics industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and quickly understand new information.
  • Good Dutch and English knowledge.
  • Good MS-Office knowledge.
