We're a leading distributor of electronic components, and we're growing fast. As an Inside Sales Representative at TTI, you'll play a key role in driving our success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with and support a defined customer base to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer penetration and sales opportunities.
- Monitor quality figures for our customers and provide price and delivery quotes.
- Process orders, monitor shipments, and maintain successful supplier relationships.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and provide solutions to any problems.
- Acquire new customers and drive forward the development and expansion of TTI.
What We're Looking For:
- A commercial and/or technical vocational training background.
- Several years of sales experience, particularly in telephone customer service or a call centre.
- Experience in acquiring new customers and driving sales growth.
- Good Dutch and English knowledge, as well as strong organizational skills and a quick understanding of new information.
- Experience in the electronics industry is an advantage.
What We Offer:
