Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to lead our payroll-related challenges to a higher level. As a Payroll Specialist at Pharming Group, you will be responsible for managing and processing employee salaries, ensuring accurate calculations, tax withholdings, and compliance with legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and process employee salaries, including overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations related to payroll administration.
  • Maintain detailed records of salary-related transactions.
  • Communicate with employees regarding payroll matters and answer questions.
  • Generate reports and statistics on payroll costs.
  • Manage payroll software and systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant payroll experience in an international environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of Options/Awards for payroll processing.
  • Experience with setting up and optimizing payroll processes.
  • Familiarity with working in scale-ups and startups is a plus.
