About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team in IKEA. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our data and digital product management capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global company and contribute to its digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a clear and concise architecture for our data and digital products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in business process and IT development
- Communicate and baseline architectures and transition roadmaps with relevant stakeholders
- Improve architecture with learnings from implementation

About You

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with a focus on data and product domains. You should have a proven track record in digital and data products, data as a product, data management, and possessing hands-on experience as a product owner, architect, or developer. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, the ability to lead cross-functionally, and a strong understanding of data and analytics frameworks are essential.

Requirements

- Min. 2 years relevant job experience
- Bachelor's/University level in computer science, information technology, engineering, or another STEM discipline
- TOGAF certification is a plus
- Experience in agile practices and ways of working
- Analytical skills and eye for detail
- Planning and organisational skills
- Effective communicator, able to present content and gain buy-in
- Business change experience in a digital/data driven transformation
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal communication)

What We Offer

We offer a full-time position (40 hours per week) based in Delft, Netherlands or Malmo, Sweden. This role sits in the Operations Management, Data and Product and reports to the Architecture Manager within Data & Product.
