Are you a results-driven leader who is analytical, pragmatic, and able to empower teams to make autonomous progress in their work? We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our international team at TOPdesk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a group of solution architects in three countries to develop a vision and target architecture that supports our business value.
  • Collaborate with product managers to integrate the architecture roadmap into their product roadmap.
  • Communicate the architecture to the rest of the company, particularly the Product & Development department.

Requirements:

  • Pragmatic, result-oriented, and analytical.
  • Empathetic leader who enables people to make autonomous progress in their work.
  • Independent and responsible.
  • Excellent communicator who is fluent in English.
  • Multiple years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.
  • Experience with software architecture, cloud architecture, and software development.
  • TOGAF or similar framework knowledge.
