About the Role

As an Enterprise Architect at Inter IKEA Group, you will play a key role in shaping the company's data and product architecture. You will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of our data and product landscape, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Inter IKEA Group's business strategy and goals.
  • Define and implement data and product architecture principles that support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data and product solutions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams working on data and product initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, or solution architecture.
  • Strong understanding of data management, data governance, analytics, and modeling.
  • Experience with data platforms, data integration/sharing, and data management and governance tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

About You
  • You have a proven track record in digital and data products, data as a product, data management, and possessing hands-on experience as a product owner, architect, or developer.
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, the ability to lead cross-functionally, and a strong understanding of data and analytics frameworks.
  • You are a natural leader, a team player, and a person that actively collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to get progress and reach concrete business results.
