Key Account Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Key Account Business Growth Manager - Vision Care. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the vision care market.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute business plans that leverage CVI's assets to deliver joint value for both parties.
- Prioritize and target opportunities which generate the greatest value for both customer and CVI.
- Measure performance against sales targets and KPIs, ensuring timely completion of all reporting and admin tasks.
- Provide outstanding knowledge of CooperVision's products, clinical and technical information, product strategy, market and commercial positioning, and brand messages.
- Drive selling-in of strategies, products, and campaigns by anticipating customer needs.
- Lead the development of partnerships through consultative selling.
- Servicing the customer base and liaising with local Customer Service to ensure service levels are maintained and acceptable to the account.
- Day-to-day management of the territory, designated customers, and CooperVision's products and services.
- Develop and introduce new products on behalf of the Company to maximize opportunities presented.
- Represent CooperVision at seminars, exhibitions, and meetings as required to enhance the customer experience when interacting with CooperVision's team members.
About You:

- Outstanding territory sales track records over several years.
- Awareness and ability to make a positive impact with customers.
- Highly proactive and able to work autonomously.
- Ability to manage a high-potential sales area.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
- Motivated, self-aware, and eager to learn and develop.
- Presents with impact, delivering the right message to large and small groups using various mediums – face-to-face and remote effectively.
- Demonstrates clear, concise messaging that is easily understood.
- Enhanced skills of great questioning, listening, and empathy.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent Dutch orally and written, good knowledge of English.
- Profound knowledge of MS Office pack, preferably including Showpad knowledge.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
