Senior Financial Reporting Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Reporting Professional to join our Financial Reporting and Accounting team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting and accounting support to our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the accurate and timely production of internal and external financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, ESG-standards, and Dutch GAAP.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to increase awareness of the team and its processes, and maintain and develop working relationships.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements.
- Participate in various internal projects, overseeing accounting and supporting new developments driven by strategic and regulatory changes.
- Actively support the collective growth of the team and the development of junior team members.
- Support line management as a sparring partner.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, with a Chartered Accountant qualification being an advantage.
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS9, IFRS17), Dutch GAAP, and Sustainability reporting (SFDR, CSRD).
- Experience in working in an international environment.
- Knowledge of Simcorp Dimension, Aladdin, and/or Oracle would be an advantage.
- A solid personality with excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (both written and oral).
