Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at CC7 Europe BV. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization. Your role will involve completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving payments, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. You will also be responsible for managing all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecks
- Paying vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit
- Responding to vendor inquiries regarding finance
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Maintaining historical records and continuing to improve the payment process

Requirements:

- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Studies, or Accounting, coupled with strong attention to detail and proficient data entry skills
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with industry-specific experience considered advantageous
- Proficiency in Excel is essential, and an excellent command of the software is expected
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, strong English writing skills for documentation and reports, proficient in English speaking for effective communication with teams and stakeholders
- Understanding the basic accounting systems
- Experience with Project Accounting
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- EU residence permit is mandatory
