Job Description

CC7 Europe BV is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant / Accounts Payable to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
  • Manage all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecks.
  • Paying vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
  • Responding to vendor inquiries regarding finance.
  • Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
  • Maintaining historical records and continuing to improve the payment process.
Requirements
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Studies, or Accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficient data entry skills.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Industry-specific experience is considered advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong English writing skills for documentation and reports.
  • Understanding of basic accounting systems.
  • Experience with Project Accounting.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel.
  • EU residence permit is mandatory.
