About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Professional to join our Financial Reporting and Accounting team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting and accounting support to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the accurate and timely production of internal and external financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, ESG-standards and Dutch GAAP.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to increase awareness of the team and its processes, and maintain and develop working relationships.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in various internal projects where you oversee accounting and support new developments driven by Strategic and Regulatory changes.
  • Actively support the collective growth of a team and the development of junior team members.
  • Support (line) management as a sparring partner.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting, being a Chartered Accountant is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS9, IFRS17), Dutch GAAP, Sustainability reporting (SFDR, CSRD).
  • Experience in working in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of Simcorp Dimension, Aladdin and/or Oracle would be an advantage.
  • A solid personality with excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (both written and oral).
