Office Coordinator for CURGOAL HTC

About the Role:
We are seeking an Office Manager to provide administrative support to our Digital Marketing Team at CURGOAL HTC. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office procedures, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment
- Ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety
- Connecting easily to people and being the glue of the organization
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office and improving company procedures and day-to-day operations
About You:
You are a creative, ambitious, and eager-to-learn individual with a commercial attitude. You have excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in both Dutch and English, and can work in a team and autonomously.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, or equivalent by experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Experience in administration duties and planning of appointments
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Well-organized, structured, and attention to detail
- Relevant work experience and open to new challenges in a dynamic environment
