About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Insights Manager to join our Health & Nutrition team at Corbion. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through market research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the food and biochemical application industries.
  • Analyze data from various sources, including surveys, secondary research, and customer intelligence, to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market insights into the strategic planning process and support decision-making.
  • Develop and present comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Present primary research findings at industry trade shows and association events.
About You
  • 6+ years of experience in market research and analysis, with a proven track record of strategic thinking in the food or biochemical application industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B market research in the medical, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and/or nutritional ingredients industry is preferred.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional matrix organization.
  • Fluent in a wide range of secondary data sources, including Nielsen, IRI, Euromonitor, Innova, and Mintel.
  • Creative, independent thinker and self-starter.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the agility to manage multiple initiatives and changing priorities.
  • High proficiency in MS Office programs, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as Power BI.
  • Ability to interact with and influence all levels of the global organization, including senior executives.
  • Proven decision-making skills.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and work effectively as a team player.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Up to 25% travel required.
