Innovation Project Manager

The Role
As an Innovation Project Manager at Corbion, you will be at the forefront of transformative projects, guiding them from initial concept to successful execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilizing your project management expertise to ensure that each initiative is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage innovative projects from ideation through completion, leveraging your expertise in project management to drive success.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, and develop effective solutions to overcome obstacles.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within the allocated budget, demonstrating your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient and cost-effective use of resources, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, and prepare and present project reports, metrics, and documentation to leadership teams.
What You Bring
- A Master's degree in a technical discipline, preferably food science, biotechnology, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in innovation-driven roles.
- A proven track record of leading successful projects from start to finish, with a hands-on, results-driven mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, and exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail, with the ability to see the bigger picture, and experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
- Agile and adaptable to changing priorities, with excellent team player skills, and experience working across diverse teams.
