Job Title: Project Manager Engineering Shipbuilding

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our engineering team in the shipbuilding department. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the engineering process and output within your discipline, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an engineering team and engineering partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Integrate purchased systems and equipment, and manage the interfacing with other disciplines.
  • Manage budget, planning, quality, and risks related to engineering projects.
  • Ensure that necessary approvals are attained from clients or their representatives.
  • Manage a good working environment and team spirit.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in managing engineering projects in the maritime sector.
  • Experience with maritime engineering and software packages such as AutoCAD.
  • English is a must, Dutch is a plus.
