About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Representative to join our team at RandStad. As a Business Representative, you will be responsible for providing daily support to our customers, ensuring seamless communication between our company and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting projects such as launching new services or improving processes
  • Managing and monitoring the daily order flow and assisting with other order management activities
  • Thoroughly investigating questions and problems to provide customers with appropriate answers and solutions
  • Maintaining communication via email and telephone with both customers and internal departments
  • Providing support with the pricing and billing process
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience as a customer service employee in logistics
  • Customer-friendly attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
