About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Representative to join our team at RandStad. As a Business Representative, you will be responsible for providing daily support to our customers, ensuring seamless communication between our company and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing and monitoring daily order flow, ensuring that customer wishes are translated into concrete results.
  • Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with customers and internal departments via email and telephone.
  • Pricing and Billing: Provide support with the pricing and billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Education: MBO+ work and thinking level, with knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.
