About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Supervisor to join our team at DSV in Moerdijk. As a Facility Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, overseeing contracts, certifications, and service level agreements, and managing our facility processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate facility tasks, including waste management, cleaning, and minor maintenance;
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of assets and infrastructure;
- Lead external technicians and ensure efficient deployment;
- Allocate tasks within the team, coach, and mentor employees;
- Conduct performance reviews and meetings, and meet legal obligations.
