About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facility Supervisor to join our team at DSV in Moerdijk. As a Facility Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, overseeing contracts, certifications, and service level agreements, and leading a team of external technicians.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate facility tasks, including waste management, cleaning, and minor maintenance
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of assets and infrastructure
- Lead external technicians and ensure efficient deployment
- Allocate tasks within the team, coach, and mentor employees
- Conduct performance reviews and meetings, and meet legal obligations
