Account Manager Leader

The German Sales team includes two Junior Account Managers and one intern, and as a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding your colleagues to elevate their account management skills.

You will leverage all available marketing and sales resources to maximize availability at the best prices and assist hotels with uploading and managing their deals. Negotiating profitable partnerships and securing contractual agreements with your accounts is also a key responsibility.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH HOTELS THROUGH DAILY PHONE INTERACTIONS.
  • leveraging ALL AVAILABLE MARKETING AND SALES RESOURCES TO MAXIMIZE AVAILABILITY AT THE BEST PRICES.
  • assisting hotels WITH UPLOADING AND MANAGING THEIR DEALS.
  • negotiating PROFITABLE PARTNERSHIPS AND SECURING CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS WITH YOUR ACCOUNTS.
  • aligning OUR PRODUCT OFFERINGS WITH CUSTOMER DEMAND BY ENHANCING EXISTING PRODUCTS AND SALES CAMPAIGNS.
