Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Randstad. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of equipment and machinery
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Relevant technical degree or certification (e.g. WTB, SAP)
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
