Job DescriptionWe are seeking a driven and ambitious Account Manager with technical skills in CAD/PDM to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and delivering added value to our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Identifying new sales opportunities and developing business growth strategies
- Collaborating with customer service and technical colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A background in the technical field and experience with CAD/PDM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial acumen and a results-driven approach
- Ability to work in a structured and organized manner
- Good knowledge of the English language (additional languages are an asset)
