Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to aid in the creation and execution of comprehensive total rewards initiatives.
  • Generate in-depth reports and presentations regarding compensation, benefits, and overall total rewards trends.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and compare our total rewards strategies with market benchmarks.
  • Assist in the annual review of compensation, which includes salary assessments, bonus structures, and incentive programs.
  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of a global total rewards strategy aimed at attracting, retaining, and engaging talent.
  • Engage in global total rewards projects and initiatives, offering analytical support and insights.
  • Work collaboratively with HR business partners, regional HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure total rewards programs are aligned and consistent.
  • Aid in the creation and dissemination of total rewards policies and guidelines.

About You

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Extensive experience in compensation and benefits analysis, ideally in a global setting, with over 5 years in the industry.

Skills

  • Exceptional analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting complex data and delivering actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; familiarity with HRIS and compensation software is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying intricate information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment.
