Als HR Adviseur Compensation & Benefits ben je dé business partner voor meerdere juridische afdelingen en adviseer je en ondersteunt bij complexe casuïstiek en bij de uitvoering van HR-beleid.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Adviseer en ondersteunt bij beleidsvraagstukken op het gebied van arbeidsvoorwaarden;
  • Werkt aan projecten op het gebied van Compensation & Benefits;
  • Adviseert en ondersteunt bij de uitvoering van HR-beleid;
  • Werkt samen met het HR Service Center om medewerkers te ondersteunen;
  • Deeltijd aanwezig op verschillende vestigingen.
Requirements
  • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als HR-professional;
  • Ervaring met werken aan beleidsvraagstukken op het gebied van arbeidsvoorwaarden;
  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel;
  • Communicatief vaardig in woord en geschrift;
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
