About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Sales Advisor to join our Benelux and Switzerland team in Rotterdam. As an Inside Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the area of Ships Service, responsible for advising them on product usage and purchasing behavior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively follow up on customer offers to increase the likelihood of purchase
  • Work closely with the responsible Account Manager to discuss Sales Activity Plans and implement up-selling and cross-selling strategies
  • Analyze customer data to flag opportunities and provide tailored advice
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or similar) in a commercial field
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Good command of Dutch and English language in word and writing
  • Excellent communication skills and an eye for business opportunities
  • Analytical skills and digitally savvy to help analyze customer data
